Ed Seykota – Investor Profile
Edward Seykota (August 7, 1946) is a commodities trader. In 1970 he pioneered trading systems by using early punched card computers to test trading strategies on the commodities market. His system was the first to be tested on a mainframe IBM computer. Today they are known as System Trading which is currently used for the futures market and for brokerage firms.
