The open society that George Soros refers to is a proponent of a social credit system where the shaped molded citizenry lives in what his overlords believe is a utopia world. This subjective view of utopia is based on the idea that obedience, to the system, will be rewarded by providing the citizenry with greater freedoms. So the granted freedom that the citizenry had previously will need to be earned through obedience, complicity, and servitude to the system. It is a dystopian future where a new slave society will be digitally shackled, chipped, and policed with algorithms, AI systems, CCTV cameras, and digital money fused with a social credit system.
