ChatGPT is dumber than you think, according to the Atlantic.
It fails at basic math, can’t seem to answer simple logic questions, and will even go as far as to argue completely incorrect facts. ChatGPT can get it wrong on more than one occasion.
As early as the 80s technology companies were claiming they could automate vehicles. More than four decades later Tesla still has not been able to safely automate its EV.
So if AI can not get driving, low-level human intelligence right, what chance has it got to do critical thinking and creative problem-solving?

So the PR departments put AI on their corporate literature and the bots buy, then the momentum-chasing herd jump on the bandwagon, and investors push AI stocks to mania price levels.

Mark Cuban believes the later versions of ChatGPT released are going to be more impactful than Twitter.
An example given by Cuban is one that concerns many teachers and public educators: Cuban said his 13-year-old is already scheming on how to use ChatGPT to write papers.
Cuban said you can ask ChatGPT to write a paper on a specific topic and also give the prompt to write it in the style of an eighth grader.
